Welcome to LOCAL PIXEL, a mobile application operated and owned by SOCIAL PIXELNETWORK, a marketing agency headquartered in Slidell, Louisiana (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy carefully before using the Local Pixel mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, or by registering as a user or a business member, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Part 1: Terms of Use

Overview of Local Pixel

Local Pixel is a platform designed to connect consumers with locally-owned small businesses.

For Users:  Members pay a subscription fee to access and redeem exclusive discounts and offers provided by local businesses.

For Businesses:  Local businesses pay an annual listing fee to feature their brand, locations, and up to three (3) active discounts on the platform.

User Subscriptions and Billing

Pricing Plans:  Users may choose between a monthly subscription of $1.99 per month or an annual subscription of $18.00 per year.

Payment Processing:  All payments are processed securely through the App via credit or debit card.

Auto-Renewal:  User subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Cancellations & Refunds:  You may cancel your subscription at any time directly within the App settings before your renewal date to avoid future charges. Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current active billing period.

Business Memberships and Listings

Listing Fee:  Locally-owned small businesses pay $120.00 per year (per business, location, or service area) to maintain an active listing on the App.

Auto-Renewal:  Business memberships auto-renew annually unless canceled within the App prior to the renewal date.

Discount Offer Guidelines:  Each registered business is permitted to offer discounts for their products or services at any given time. Discounts may be configured to run indefinitely or feature a specific expiration date set by the business.

Content Ownership:  Any data, text, logos, photographs, or images uploaded or shared within the App by participating businesses remain the sole property of those respective businesses, and not Local Pixel or Social Pixel Network. Businesses grant Local Pixel a limited license to display such content strictly for the operation of the App.

Acceptable Use

Users and businesses agree not to misuse the App. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: fraudulent discount redemption; uploading unlawful, malicious, lewd, vulgar, or sexually explicit content; attempting to reverse-engineer the App; and harassing other users and / or business owners. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

At Social Pixel Network, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of both our app users and business members.

Strict Privacy Enforcement

We maintain a strict zero-sharing privacy standard:

No Outside Sharing:  No information gathered within the App will ever be sold, rented, or shared with outside parties, third-party companies, or data brokers.

Internal Use Only:  Data collected is used strictly to operate, maintain, and improve the functionality of the Local Pixel app and process your transactions.

Information We Collect

To provide our services, we may collect:

Account Information:  Names, email addresses, and login credentials when you create an account.

Payment Data:  Credit or debit card details processed securely through our third-party payment gateway (card details are handled with PCI-DSS compliance and are not stored directly on our servers).

Business Information:  Business names, addresses, descriptions, operating hours, and promotional images provided by business members.

App Activity Data:  Redemption history and preferences strictly utilized to personalize your app experience.

Data Security

We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal and business data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
